In Mumbai, we are looking for a qualified CNC Grinding Operator to join our team. The ideal applicant should be well-versed in precision machining procedures and has practical expertise in CNC cylindrical, surface, or centerless grinding operations.

Principal Duties:
Run and configure CNC grinding equipment in accordance with task specifications.
Examine and comprehend engineering requirements, blueprints, and drawings.
Grinding wheels, fittings, and attachments should be chosen, installed, and maintained.
To guarantee excellent accuracy and quality standards, keep an eye on how the machines are operating.
Carry out regular CNC grinding machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Use calipers, micrometers, and other precise measuring instruments to do quality inspections.
Keep track of production records and paperwork related to grinding operations.
Observe the company's quality control and safety regulations.
Conditions:
ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical, or a Similar Field.

a minimum of five years of CNC grinding expertise.
practical knowledge of centerless, surface, or cylindrical grinding.
understanding of dressing, balance, and grinding wheel selection.
the capacity to operate precision measurement devices and comprehend technical drawings.
Knowledge of CNC programming is desirable but not required.
strong problem-solving and attention to detail abilities.
being prepared to work in shifts if necessary.
