A CNC grinder is responsible for setting up and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) grinding machines to produce precision parts. The job involves interpreting blueprints and specifications to determine the correct grinding operations, selecting and mounting grinding wheels, and monitoring the performance of the machine to ensure that it is operating within the prescribed tolerances. CNC grinders must also perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing worn or damaged grinding wheels and lubricating machine components. They may be required to make adjustments to the machine settings to achieve the desired finish and accuracy. Additionally, CNC grinders must maintain accurate records of the production process and report any problems or defects to the supervisor. They should have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
