**Experience Required: 1 to 3 years**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate various grinding machines, including surface, cylindrical, and bench grinders.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform finishing operations such as deburring, polishing, and surface smoothing.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete work orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience operating grinding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool setup.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CNC grinding machines is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Knowledge of different metals and abrasives used in grinding.

**Work Environment**:

- Industrial manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
- Requires standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
