CNC GRINDING OPERATOR
CNC Grinding Operator Job Responsibilities:
Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) grinder; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

CNC Grinding Operator Job Duties:
**Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.** Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to company standards. **Maintains specifications by observing grinding operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.** Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. **Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.** Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. **Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.** Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. **Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. CNC Grinding Operator Machinist Skills and Qualifications**: Willingness to learn and grow through on the job training. **Proactive attitude when completing tasks to move onto the next task helping the team meet daily goals.** Positive attitude toward accomplishing work metrics. **Meeting commitments and obligations to organization such as coming to work on time, communicating issues from shift to shift through their organization and to their supervisors.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
