CNC Operator

Costus Consultancy Services Private Limited is a reputable HR Solutions (Recruitment and Staffing) provider organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join one of our client's team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders based on job specifications.
- Load raw materials and set up tools and fixtures.

**2. Programming and Calibration**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
- Input and modify CNC programs as required to ensure accurate production.
- Calibrate machines and tools to maintain precision and quality.

**3.** **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct first-piece inspections and verify dimensions using measurement tools (e.g., Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges).
- Monitor production for conformity to specifications and troubleshoot issues.

**4. Maintenance**:

- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Ensure machines are clean and in proper working condition.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and quality checks.
- Communicate with the production team regarding project progress and issues.

**6.** **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in CNC machining or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and related software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
