Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, or grinding) as per job requirements.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets to maintain accuracy.
  • Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of finished products using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Ensure machines are maintained in proper working condition by performing preventive maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Record production data and maintain logs as required.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Fitter / Machining or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
  • Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and tolerances.
  • Hands-on experience with measuring tools and quality inspection processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
