Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Service Engineer with strong knowledge of electronics components, panel wiring, machine installation, and servicing. This role involves outdoor work at customer factories across India for machine installation, commissioning, and servicing. The candidate should have hands-on technical expertise and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission CNC micro machining centers at customer sites (all over India).
  • Carry out panel wiring, electrical/electronic assembly, and testing of machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronics components, wiring, Servo motors, VFD and control system issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer factories.
  • Provide on-site machine servicing and customer support.
  • Train operators/customers on proper usage and care of machines.
  • Maintain detailed service records, reports, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product feedback and improvements.
  • Willing to travel extensively across India for service and installation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Electrical.
  • Good knowledge of electronics components, wiring, circuits, servo motos, VFD and control systems.
  • 13 years of experience in panel wiring, CNC/automation equipment installation, and servicing (freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency with testing tools, measuring instruments, and electrical diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness for outdoor fieldwork and frequent travel across India.
