**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for production.
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Configure machine settings, tooling, and programming according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to verify conformance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs of completed work.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Continuously improve skills and stay updated on CNC technology.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or related role.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CNC machinery controls and tools.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues during production.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus.

Your attention to detail, technical skills, and dedication to producing quality products will contribute to the overall success of the production team.
