**CNC Machine Operator with AutoCAD Experience**

**Location**: Malad, Mumbai

**Job Title**: CNC Machine Operator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, or grinders) based on provided technical drawings and specifications.
- Use AutoCAD to create, read, and modify detailed technical blueprints and designs for manufacturing.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the cutting or shaping process.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine controls and tooling to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Inspect finished products to meet high-quality standards and design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to maintain efficient production.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure alignment with product designs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
- Record production logs and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining and AutoCAD.
- 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with a strong background in using AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for inputting production data.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience in CNC machine setup and operation.
- Good understanding of precision measurement tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machinery issues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.

**Working Hours**:
Typically 8-9 hours per shift, with overtime as required.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards and based on experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 1 year (preferred)
