Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC machines according to engineering drawings and production schedules
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts to required specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and make necessary adjustments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma, ITI or equivalent
- Prior experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with CNC machine set up, operation, and basic maintenance
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a noisy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
