**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**

**Location: Nalasopara Pelhar Phata**

**Department: Production / Manufacturing**

**Reports To: Factory Manager & Head**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, cutting, drilling, grinding, etc.) as per production requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and perform quality checks on finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Monitor production processes and report deviations or machine issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain records of daily production output, inspection reports, and downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with factory standards.
- Collaborate with the quality and maintenance team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-5 years of experience in operating CNC machines in a factory setup.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining processes.
- Knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Time management and ability to meet production targets.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
