Job Description:

We are hiring a CNC Miling Machine Operator who has hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, specifically in the "Die & mould" field. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of machine setup, programming interpretation, and tool handling. Candidates must be willing to work full-time and committed to maintaining quality standards and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, etc.) for die and mould production.
  • Interpret technical drawings and CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
  • Set up and calibrate tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately.
  • Monitor machining processes and ensure components meet required tolerances.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Report any discrepancies or machine issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines in die & mould industry.
  • Sound knowledge of CNC machine operations, tools, and programming basics.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time and in shifts if required.
