**Job Title: Roster Admin and Facility Manager**
**Location**: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
**Shift Timings**: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST, Half-day on Saturdays

We specialise in managing various aspects of disability care services, including rostering, compliance, recruitment, accounts, and facility management. Our India-based back office efficiently handles these functions, serving as a crucial support system for our operations in Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Roster Management**:
- Create, manage, and update rosters for carers, ensuring compliance with staff availability and client needs.
- Monitor and resolve roster conflicts, such as absences, schedule changes, or urgent coverage requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with staff regarding their shifts, updates, and changes.
- Ensure rosters comply with regulations and company policies.
**Facility Management**:
- Coordinate with Australian-based teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for care facilities.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of supplies required for day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local and NDIS operational standards.
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle documentation, including client records, staff schedules, and facility reports.
- Collaborate with the Australian team to address client and staff concerns promptly.
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, roster management, or a related administrative role.
- Experience working with Australian businesses or familiarity with the NDIS system is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
**Technical Requirements**:
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is advantageous.
