**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the key point of contact between the organization and prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with working professionals, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward choosing the most suitable courses. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in outbound calls to prospective leads and inquiries to introduce and promote our courses.
- Understand the professional and learning needs of working professionals and recommend relevant courses.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and listening skills.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes to help customers make informed decisions.
- Generate, nurture, and close leads to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and meet business objectives.
- **Education**: Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills and a passion for sales and education.
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Good presence of mind and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convincingly address their concerns.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- **Location**: Willingness to commute or relocate to **Electronic City, Bangalore**.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
