**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the media industry, including advertising agencies, businesses, and organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
- Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of our media products and services to effectively present them to clients.

**4. Sales Presentations**:

- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to communicate the value of our media offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the benefits of advertising with our media platform.

**5. Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts with clients.

**6. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the sales manager or team.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the media industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, advertising, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Media Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Media Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Remote (preferred)
