About the Role

We're looking for a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns aimed at lead generation, conversions, and overall sales growth. The ideal candidate knows how to turn content into customers — through smart targeting, ads, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid & organic social media strategies to increase leads and sales.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Create, optimize, and manage ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyse campaign data to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting visuals and video content.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and growth strategies for better conversions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube promotions.
  • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and take actionable steps.
  • Good communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on performance & experience).
