**Your Job**
An IT Procurement Associate should bring experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Service skills. High attention to detail, critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key attributes for this role.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist customers with questions and/or status updates related to orders, coordination of product returns, and ownership of backorder notification process.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, customers, and suppliers.
- Provide backup/support for the Wichita stockroom (i.e., maintaining inventory, processing hardware returns, and handling hardware checkout).
- Assist with software license checks and license key delivery
- Proactively provide solutions, manage expectations and outcomes with and customers and suppliers.
- Actively and consistently identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, Procurement Operations, or IT procurement
- Experience in working closely with suppliers and Vendor Management
- Able to add value, reduce costs and business improvements.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with an ability to relay complex information between multiple parties.
- Strong Attention to detail and Prioritization
- Experience using Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).

- A passion for leveraging new technologies to transform business processes.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Ariba/Coupa procurement software.
- Experience in IT Asset Management
