Location: Bangalore or Chennai
Shift Timing: Flexible
Notice Period: Immediate/10 days
Roles and Responsibilities
- Good understanding on Ariba
- Proficient in Procurement process.
- Perform tactical (tail spend) sourcing strategies and report savings
- Compile data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluation
- Assist Team with tail end spend analysis to identify savings opportunities
- Responsible for providing oversight and ensure accuracy of all process outputs (Reports) and adherence to agreed quality metrics and deadlines
- Stakeholders Management Experience and Understanding on Escalation Matrix
- Should be able to identify the priorities and act accordingly
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
- Identify and implement Process Improvements.
- Very Good analytical skills
- Should be able to prepare Process documentations (DTP, instruction, training materials)
**Required Skills**:
- Effective Communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent in MS-Office (Advanced)
- Good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skill.
- Proficient in SAP and Ariba tools
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable working in any shifts.
**Salary**: ₹127,323.50 - ₹717,327.64 per year
