**Job Overview**: SSquad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Procurement Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or fresher who is passionate about technology and procurement. The IT Procurement Associate will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT equipment and services to meet the company's operational requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Procurement Processes**: Support the procurement team in acquiring IT hardware, software, and services.
- **Vendor Management**: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors, obtaining quotes, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- **Order Management**: Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- **Inventory Management**: Help in managing and tracking inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; however, internships or coursework in procurement or IT will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
