**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Procurement Operations Representative

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

- Proficient in Procurement process (Purchase Requisition, SPOT Buying/RFQ, Purchase Order creation, Purchase Order Confirmation, PO Follow-up etc., Negotiation Skills)
- Strong SAP Knowledge (SAP MM Module)
- Experience in P2P cycle (Procure to Pay)
- Experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders (Supplier, Client etc.)
- Manage and prioritize procurement activities to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough analysis of supplier proposals and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Utilize SAP MM module to create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
