Streamline Solutions a well-established Accounting Back office based out of Thane, Mumbai having both domestic & international clients, with 20+ years’ experience in in Accounting & Outsourcing.

**About the Client**

Our client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.

Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.

**About the Role**

The reconciliation work has to be completed based on deadlines & has to be completed with an eye for logic and detail.

The role involves coordination with client managers, night auditors, reservation team & communicating with Travel Agents and OTAs.

**KRAs**

Commission Reconciliation
- Daily matching of OTA Commission data with PMS Output.
- Identifying exceptions from OTA billed commission by comparing the commissioned bookings with Reservation, Check-in, Check-out & Payment Data
- Mark no-show, cancellations, early check-outs etc as per actual guest data and contest the commissions charged.
- Checking TA Commission statements & reconciling with PMS Data.
- Verifying the monthly invoices and statements.
- Preparation statement of contested commission for the OTAs
- Clearing backlog of commission reconciliations, if any.
- Ensuring that OTA/TA invoice is amended for successful claims.
- Identify and report areas of improvements in the Reconciliation process.

**Required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Commission Analysis and/or Reconciliation process in the Hospitality Industry. (However Hotel Management Graduates with lesser experience can be considered)
- Experience on working with Cloud-based Hotel PMS. Exposure to multiple PMS will be added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to slice and dice data meaningfully.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with quick turnaround time.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Independently handle and delivery client priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Expertise with databases, macros & advanced formulae will be added advantage.

**Preferable**:

- Experience in working on Opera, Amadeus, RMS, Delphi FDC, IDS, OnQ, Marshall or similar platforms and/or other Property Management Systems.
- Handled Analyst or Reconciliation roles previously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
