Qualification - any graduate, (If related to interiors is plus point)

Requirements & responsibility
- knowledge of Ms -excel & Auto cad
- having in detail knowledge on-going civil - Interior, MEP work and finishing activities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Regular site visits to check if contractor is maintaining quality and following drawings.
- Co-ordination between design staff, contractor & client for require onsite clearances.
- Taking site measurements, making layout in cad.
- Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.
- An eye for detail is a basic requirement.
- Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
- Prepare material reconciliation report
- Vendor follow-up for material / sample procurement
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
