**Job Description: Site Supervisor**

**Education**: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage interior design project sites, ensuring work progresses as per plan.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution.
- Read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and report to senior designers/project managers.
- Maintain records of work done, material usage, and site expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site guidelines.
- Handle day-to-day site operations and workforce management.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in supervising interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, site execution, and project timelines.
- Ability to coordinate between designers, vendors, and laborers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading design drawings and site measurements.
- Willingness to travel within Thane and nearby locations as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
