**Payouts - Commission & Contest
- Ensuring correctness of Commission payout process
- Reconciliation of payout data.
- Co-ordinate with Finance team for smooth flow of payout.
- Ensure correct development regards to commission rates of new product launch.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.

**Query Management
- Handling Samadhan queries on daily basis within the TAT
- AML hold/release
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.

**MIS & Data requirement
- Share the bank/UTR details with stakeholders.
- Preparation of Project Most report
- Income statement shared with Channel partner.
- 15CA details
- GST updation

**Adhoc Activities to support channel & distributors
- Data extraction as & when required as per the requirement.
- Managing SMS triggering portal for adhoc request received from channel/stakeholders for communication to agents / distributors.
