**Data Entry Operator**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter daily data into Saiba software in segment-specific categories.
- Verify and update existing data to maintain its integrity and accuracy.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain high standards of data safety and security while handling sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain data files for easy retrieval and reporting.
- **Monthly Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports summarizing data trends, performance metrics, and other relevant business insights.
- Generate analytical reports to support decision-making processes.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
- **Commission Statements**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate commission statements based on data entered.
- Ensure timely distribution of commission reports to relevant stakeholders.
- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data, create dashboards, and generate reports.
- Manage spreadsheets effectively to update and present data clearly.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure data-related requirements are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Saiba software and data management tools.
- Recommend process improvements for more efficient data handling.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Saiba software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- insurance data entry: 4 years (required)
- saiba sonftware: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
