**Job** **Description**

Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is designing. So we are looking for the Data Entry Operator who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry Operator job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

- Understand product specifications and product knowledge
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
- Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
- Create and manage spread sheets with large numbers of figures
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Produce reports
- Retrieve data as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data

**Experience** **Range** - min 1 year

**Qualifications for UX Designer-**
- Proven experience as a data entry operator
- Fast typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
- Atleast 1 year of experience with spread sheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Graduation degree or equivalent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
