**Azim Premji Foundation** is a not-for-profit organisation with a vision to contribute to a more just, equitable, humane and sustainable society.

**Requirements**:

- A master’s degree in public health or social work is desirable
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in research, including participatory research on community and/or public health is essential
- Fluency in written and spoken Kannada, Hindi and English is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Skills in analysis, managing data integrity and accuracy
- An ability to build relationships with external organisations

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on research that study and highlight issues related to health in urban / rural communities and publish reports, observations, and studies regularly
- Formulate research questions, design and conduct research on public and community health with inputs from the health core team, focusing on the health needs of vulnerable and underserved communities
- Do and guide partner organisations on field work to gather primary information
- Collect, collate and analyze health data from credible primary and secondary sources regularly
- Study and document different strategies, approaches and processes practiced in public and community health
- Support any other tasks that are related to the research work as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹0.10 - ₹0.20 per year
