**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented _**Clinical Research Associate**_ to join our team. As a _Clinical Research Associate,_ you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical research and make a difference in patient outcomes.
- **Duties**:_
- Collect and analyze data from clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure proper documentation and adherence to study protocols
- Conduct patient monitoring visits to assess safety and compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of study milestones
- Perform data management activities, including data entry, query resolution, and database maintenance
- Monitor compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations
- Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
- Previous experience working in clinical research or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with clinical development processes and procedures
- Knowledge of data collection and management systems used in clinical trials
- Understanding of GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹30,862.00 - ₹50,403.00 per month
