**Job Summary**: The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is responsible for overseeing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, protocol adherence, and data integrity. The CRA will work closely with clinical sites, investigators, and the project management team to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
- Review and verify study data for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of study documentation, including informed consent forms and regulatory submissions.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to study data or site performance.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of site activities, monitoring visits, and communications.
- Participate in study meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar role (typically 1-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to clinical sites as required (up to [X]% travel).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
