**Janitri is a social enterprise with a ** vision to see a world where no mother or newborn dies during pregnancy period or birth, or post-delivery. To achieve this, we develop and innovate medical devices and technoloy to improve the maternal and newborn health.

We have ongoing clinical studies around our maternal-fetal health monitoring technology and looking for someone who can coordinate ongoing clinical studies, initiate new clinical studies, and follow up with hospitals and stakeholders.

**The Role**

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for overseeing clinical studies including coordination with the hospitals and team, clinical study execution, data analysis, and paper writing.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate ongoing clinical studies - follow up with the PIs, and stakeholders, and regular meetings with the team to track the progress.
- Provide support in clinical studies execution in coordination with the study team.
- Data analysis and report generation using statistical software and tools
- Design new clinical studies, research protocols, and clinical studies document
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of study design to execution including protocol design, sample size calculation, ethics approval coordination, hiring on-site study team, data analysis, and manuscript writing.
- Coordinating with the other Public health team members for the research publication.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Minimum2-years experience as a clinical researcher in medical devices.
- Knowledge of SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Matlab, Python, SAS software, and other statistical analysis tools
- In-depth understanding of clinical research methods and statistics theory.
- Understanding of data management principles for clinical trials and medical research
- Experience managing projects
- Strong focus on quality and timely delivery of work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of proficiency in English
- Paper publication experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
