About the Teacher Professional Excellence Initiative.

The initiative intends to facilitate and support the educational research/innovational aspirations of select school

teachers nationwide through fellowships, professional development programs, awards/recognition for teachers, and

publication of teachers’s action research in reputed journals.

**Overview**

We are looking for dedicated research associates to be part of our upcoming Teacher Fellowship Programme under

the Teacher Professional Excellence Initiative. The individuals will closely work with the head of Teacher Professional

Excellence to conduct a teacher survey, review related literature on various teacher fellowships offered across the

world, and be part of a team in assist in the development of curriculum and certificate courses for teachers.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Teacher Professional Excellence to design and execute a comprehensive teacher

survey.
- Conduct literature reviews on global teacher fellowship programs, identifying best practices and innovative

models.
- Synthesize research findings into reports and presentations to inform the development of the Teacher

Fellowship Programme.
- Assist in developing curriculum and certificate courses for teachers in alignment with the fellowship

objectives.
- Work with a team of educators and experts to support the implementation of the teacher fellowship program
- Participate in regular meetings, provide updates, and contribute to discussions on the research findings and

curriculum design.
- Perform other research-related duties as needed to support the Teacher Professional Excellence Initiative.

**Qualifications**
- Post-graduation from a program in education, social sciences, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of

experience in teaching/research
- keen interest in honing research skills, including experience with literature reviews, data collection, and

analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in educational policy, teacher professional development, or teacher training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
