**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY is currently seeking a **Counsellor** to join our team, who will play a key role in guiding prospective students and supporting them throughout the admission process.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
- Offer counselling and support to students and their families.
- Represent the institute at educational fairs, schools, and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with applicants about their admission status.
- Contribute to achieving enrolment targets while ensuring ethical standards and diversity practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- **Background**: CBSE background preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of total work experience, including 1 year in student counselling/admissions.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
