Job Title: Counsellor

Location: International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bhopal

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY is currently seeking a Counsellor to join our team, who will play a key role in guiding prospective students and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective students through the admission and application process.
  • Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
  • Evaluate applications and make recommendations for admission decisions.
  • Offer counselling and support to students and their families.
  • Represent the institute at educational fairs, schools, and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with applicants about their admission status.
  • Contribute to achieving enrolment targets while ensuring ethical standards and diversity practices.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • Background: CBSE background preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience, including 1 year in student counselling/admissions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
