Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor (Sales) based in Bhopal. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing information about the courses offered, and guiding them through the admission process. Daily tasks include interacting with prospective students, assisting them in understanding the details of the programs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Experience or background in Education
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in an educational institute is a plus
