**Role & Responsibilities**:
Engage Prospective Students:
Reach out to potential students and their families, offering detailed information about our digital marketing programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Promote Excellence:
Conduct engaging calls, webinars, and information sessions to showcase the unique features and benefits of our digital marketing courses.

Support Admissions Process:
Personalized Consultations:
Provide one-on-one guidance through consultations, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth admissions experience.

Manage Communications:
Keep accurate records of interactions and updates in our CRM system to track progress and facilitate follow-up.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to organize and participate in outreach events and recruitment activities.

Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, program updates, and developments in digital marketing to offer relevant information to prospective students.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in admissions counseling is mandatory.

Experience in sales or digital marketing is highly desirable.

**Skills**:Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.

Proficiency in conducting engaging presentations and consultations.

Capability to convert leads into admissions.

Organizational Ability:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Knowledge:
Understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and industry standards.

Ability to convincingly communicate why digital marketing is a valuable career choice.

Languages:
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential to effectively target a diverse audience.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student needs and events.

Official on-site timing will be 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off. The location is MP Nagar Zone 2.
