**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from students and parents.
- Counsel students about StepUp Academy’s courses (IIT, NEET, Foundation, etc.) and help them choose suitable programs based on their goals.
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, marketing campaigns, and referrals to ensure conversions.
- Maintain and update student databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and the marketing team for demo classes, orientations, and admissions.
- Guide students through the registration and admission process, including fee submission and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per management goals.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, or school visits (if required).
- Provide feedback and reports to the management on lead quality and admission trends.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positive communication in all student interactions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong convincing and counselling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or educational sales

**Salary Range**:
₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
