Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from students and parents.
  • Counsel students about StepUp Academy's courses (IIT, NEET, Foundation, etc.) and help them choose suitable programs based on their goals.
  • Follow up with leads generated through calls, marketing campaigns, and referrals to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain and update student databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and the marketing team for demo classes, orientations, and admissions.
  • Guide students through the registration and admission process, including fee submission and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per management goals.
  • Attend education fairs, seminars, or school visits (if required).
  • Provide feedback and reports to the management on lead quality and admission trends.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positive communication in all student interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong convincing and counselling ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or educational sales

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
