We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Associate to join our team As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting all revenue operations activities - recurring and ad-hoc, including partner portal requests, process documentation, support planning and forecasting process.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics
- Interpreting and presenting data results
- Handle all Partner Portal requests
- Developing detailed process documentation
- Managing product and sales database
- Tracking and analyzing customer renewals and account health
- Providing support to go-to-market teams

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reports, dashboards, pivot tables, lookups)
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work cross functionally and in a team environment
