Designation: Customer Support Executive
Job Profile:
We are hiring for Customer support Officer, Business Development Officer for IT Software firm at Chinchwad location in Pune.

Qualification: Any Graduate or min 12+ std with excellent English communication & convincing skills.
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs in handling customer coordination/support activities
Work location: Chinchwad in Pune
Gender: Female only

Job Description: It's B2B customer support activities
Coordinate customer leads to verify information & provide accurate reporting on leads
Understand Customer needs & identify the bottlenecks / issues faced by customer due to traditional working style.
Arrange demo with customer & share Software features those are useful for customers
Give online Demo presentation for IT Software product & clarify resolution for their needs.
Customer follow-ups as per their availability & do the order processing or submit quotation.
Build relationships with customers and seek references
Good English communication skill & Convincing power to turn-up the deal.
Ready to join on immediate basis
