Company envisions regaining the glory of agriculture as a profession by promoting sustainable regenerative organic farming practices using rich wisdom in traditional farming with a balanced blend of modern digital technologies. We are promoting an ECO-ECO Friendly ( Ecological & Economical ), replicable agri-business organic farming model, we wish to add to greater food security as well as nutritional security measures while providing a viable and dignified source of livelihood to our farmers.

We can proudly say that our startup received funding on the most popular startup show i.e **Shark Tank India **and supported our vision to be a family farmer. So we are looking for an experienced **Customer Support Executive** who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) : Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Customer Focus : Ability to clearly understand customer needs and follow them. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
- Problem solving skills : Effective handling of customers’ grievances and complaints by investigating the issue, addressing the concerned team and providing appropriate solutions to the customer for the same. Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned. Ability to approach problems logically and rationally. Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills. Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 0-1 years experience as Customer Support Executive or similar role
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
