We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Kalliyath Sanitations. As a key member of our customer relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our sanitation services and products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
