**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Client management**: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- **Customer support**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, providing information about products or services.
- **Problem-solving**: Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- **Customer retention**: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and promote loyalty, such as customer retention programs.
- **Internal coordination**: Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to resolve systemic issues.
- **Reporting and analysis**: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and provide reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.
- **Relationship building**: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive rapport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
