Job Title: Junior CRM Executive

**Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Department**: Customer Relationship Management

**Reports To**: Senior CRM Manager / CRM Lead

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **CRM System Management**:

- Assist in the maintenance and management of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Update customer information and track interactions within the CRM system.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of customer communications (e.g., newsletters, updates, promotions).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction, and feedback.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance customer experience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in coordinating and executing CRM-related projects and campaigns.
- Support team members with CRM-related tasks as needed.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and suggest improvements to CRM processes and workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new CRM functionalities and features.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
