Job Description Job Description Junior CRM Executive Position: Junior CRM Executive Department: Customer Service / Store Operations Location: Santacruz Role Overview The Junior CRM Executive will be responsible for welcoming customers at the store, collecting basic customer information, supporting CRM data entry, and assisting with customer follow-ups. This is an entry-level role focused on customer service, coordination, and store support. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Greeting & Store Welcome - Greet customers warmly as they enter the store - Provide basic assistance and guide them to the relevant section - Collect customer details 2. CRM Data Entry & Maintenance - Enter customer details into the CRM sheet/software - Ensure basic accuracy in phone numbers, name spelling, etc. - Update daily walk-in and lead sheets 3. Customer Follow-Ups - Make simple follow-up calls - Check on pending queries or appointments - Share customer feedback with the senior CRM team 4. Appointment Support - Assist in managing customer appointments - Remind customers of their appointment time if required - Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth flow of walk-ins 5. Lead & Walk-In Tracking - Record leads from store walk-ins - Ensure no customer is missed during peak hours - Support senior CRM team in basic lead follow-up 6. Customer Experience Support - Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude - Provide water/assistance to customers if needed - Ensure the front area and waiting zone remain tidy
