Alts is a fast-growing Fintech Investment platform, we’re looking to leverage technology, making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors. We aim to create a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for executing all the agreements of the investors who have invested in BHIVE’s retail offerings via the automated tools given to the CRM.
- Responsible for maintaining all client-related information.
- Coordinating with the Relationship Mangers for any post sales assistance and other depts
- Managing customer accounts and updating relevant information in the CRM database.
- Keeping track of customer interactions and maintaining communication records in the CRM database.
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer relationships
- Ensure enhancement of BHIVE standards on a consistent basis.
- Ensure compliance as per BHIVE SOP
