- Service order processing for global units in SAP CRM
- Block for billing reduction
- Accrual reduction
- Cycle time improvement

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification
- Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade.

Technical Skills
- Maximum up to two-year work experience in back-office process
- SAP CRM knowledge preferable
- Shared service background will be an advantage

Soft Skills
- Strong business communication (written and verbal)
- MS office tools proficiency
- Good interpersonal skills
