Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to factories and offices of various manufacturing companies to introduce and market our products. Generate revenue by securing orders from existing clients, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining account relationships.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities through research, solicitation of new business, rapport building, and quotation preparation.
- Collaborate with the sales team on daily activities and follow up on leads effectively.
- Maintain communication with existing clients to secure product orders and conduct site visits as necessary.
- Stay updated on product and service developments.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong listening and sales capabilities.
- Familiarity with routes in Kolkata, Hooghly, Howrah, and West Bengal is essential.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in industrial sales
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Background in industrial sales of lubricants for gearboxes, industrial pumps, v-belts, bearings, grinding wheels, etc.
