- Proven experience in sales (experience in the same industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Kolkata as required.
