**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts within assigned areas
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets
- Collect customer feedback and report to the sales manager for continuous improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely product delivery and inventory updates

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Retail/Wholesale/Distribution)
- Must be fluent in **Bengali** (spoken) - additional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to relocate and work in **Dubai**:

- Age below 35 years preferred
- Valid passport required
