**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Chat Process**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Voice Process**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain call quality and adhere to scripts when necessary.
- Record and escalate issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets while maintaining quality.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills (normal communication acceptable for fresher roles).
- Basic computer proficiency for chat process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
